served with shallot chutney and watercress salad

Beetroot terrine, with candied walnuts
and a balsamic dressed salad (Vg)

Main Course

Slow cooked beef short ribs in a red wine jus with parsnip puree,
served with dauphinoise potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Salmon fillet with miso-honey sauce,
served with spring greens and jasmine rice

Roasted butternut squash stuffed with wild rice,
mushrooms, and cranberry (Vg)

6oz bacon and cheese beef burger, from the local butcher,
or kale and hemp seed burger (V),
served in a brioche bun with fries and a side salad
