We understand that plans change and that sometimes it is necessary to cancel a dinner reservation. However, our restaurant has a limited capacity and the food is freshly prepared on the day based on the expected number of people dining. Therefore, the restaurant’s continued viability relies on reservations being honoured by our customers, and adequate notice being given of any changes or cancellations.

Accordingly, the following apply:

  • We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for any booking that is cancelled, or if numbers are reduced at short notice.
  • For all bookings, you must notify us of a cancellation or any changes to the number of guests at least 24 hours prior to your booking.
  • Bryn Noddfa reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of £10 per person for any bookings changed or cancelled within this 24 hour notice period.
  • The cancellation fee reflects the cost incurred by Bryn Noddfa in terms of staffing, food, and any lost revenue as a result of turning away other potential bookings.
  • Any bookings which fail to turn up without any prior notice, will incur a £25 per person fee.

The management, may at their discretion, opt to waive or decrease any of the fees above. The important thing is to let us know as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your dinner reservation.

Please note that these cancellation terms apply to general restaurant booking. Private parties and special events such as Christmas parties will have their own cancellation terms.
