Slow cooked beef short ribs in a red wine jus with parsnip puree,
served with dauphinoise potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Salmon and prawn fish pie served in a filo basket with chive mashed potatoes and vegetables

Walnut and lentil lasagne, served with garlic bread and salad (V)

Afterwards

Plum and amaretto crumble served with Merlyn custard

Sticky toffee pudding served with custard or Glasu vanilla ice cream

Melt-in-the-middle chocolate pudding served with cream
