We are currently taking bookings for 2022 on the assumption that the law in Wales will continue to allow them to go ahead.
If your visit is prevented by law, either by restrictions in Wales or in your home district, then you will receive a full refund.
If the law permits holidays but limits are placed on the number of people who can holiday together, we will contact you up to four weeks before your visit to ask whether you would like to proceed with your holiday or cancel at that point to receive a full refund.
A cancellation due to a member of the party being ill or needing to self-isolate will not automatically qualify for a refund.
