Starters

Crispy duck arancini balls,
served with a cucumber and spring onion salad, and hoisin sauce

Smoked mackerel pate,
served with an apple and celery salad

Sweetcorn chowder,
served with a homemade rosemary breadroll (Vg)

Main Course

Slow cooked beef short ribs in a red wine jus with parsnip puree,
served with dauphinoise potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Prawn and salmon lasagne,
served with asparagus and garlic bread

Confit tandoori chickpeas and roasted tomato,
served with pilau rice and raita and flatbread (Vg)

6oz bacon and cheese beef burger, from the local butcher,
or kale and hemp seed burger (V),
served in a brioche bun with fries and a side salad

Afterwards

Profiteroles filled with raspberry cream and topped with chocolate sauce

Swedish apple cake, served with a Calvados cream sauce

Sticky toffee pear pudding with whiskey custard (Vg)

Golden Cenarth cheese, with prosciutto and honeyed hazelnuts
