Slow cooked beef short ribs in a red wine jus with parsnip puree,
served with dauphinoise potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Miso glazed aubergine served with pak choi and rice

Salmon and prawn fish pie served in a filo basket with chive mashed potatoes and vegetables

Chicken tikka masala served with rice and naan 

6oz bacon and cheese beef burger, from the local butcher,
or butternut squash and chickpea burger,
served in a brioche bun with fries and a side salad

Afterwards

Plum and amaretto crumble served with Merlyn custard

Sticky toffee pudding served with custard or Glasu vanilla ice cream

Chocolate brownie served with Glasu vanilla ice cream
