Clichés become so for a reason and so classic cocktails. As part of their ongoing staff training at Bryn Noddfa, Kirsty and Pauline will be practising making cocktails.
We can’t drink them all – fortunately we’ve recruited a few guinea pigs willing to put their taste buds on the line.
